Refund policy

Under applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which you, or a person designated by you, takes possession of the product, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

The product must be returned in an appropriate condition, together with the accessories and components received. The consumer is only responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

If the product shows damage or a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, the amount refunded may be reduced accordingly, in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds
